HOW WE GOT HERE

Born out of a desire to reach people from all walks of life by facilitating genuine encounters with Jesus, Movement Church officially launched on January 6th, 2002.

The church quickly grew as the Spirit of God moved on a multitude of hearts to make the decision to follow Jesus. What began in a home with just a small group of friends – passionately set on pursuing Jesus and reaching people – has blossomed into the thriving family that exists today.

Over twenty years later, we are still going after Jesus together and live to celebrate genuine, Spirit-led transformation.
